༈ སྦུག་ཐམ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཕེབས་དོན་གཤམ་གསལ་ཞལ་ཆེམས་དོན་མཐུན་ལྟར་སྐྱེད་བྱེད་ཀརྨ་དོན་གྲུབ་དང་མ་ཡུམ་བློ་དགའ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཤིང་གླང་ལོ་པ་དེ་བཞིན་ཀརྨ་པ་བཅུ་དྲུག་པའི་ཡང་སྲིད་དུ་ངོས་འཛིན་གཏན་འཁེལ་བྱས།
Granted by His Holiness the Dalai Lama: "The boy born to Karma Dondrub and Loga in the Wood Ox year (of the Tibetan calendar) identifies with the prediction letter (left by the late Karmapa) and is hereby recognized as the reincarnation of the 16th Karmapa.
由尊勝達賴喇嘛認證：由噶瑪敦竹及洛嘎夫婦二人於藏曆木牛年所生之子，與前世噶瑪巴所留預言信函內容符合。我在此認證他為第16世噶瑪巴的轉世。
